Vanity Fair contracted Broadcast Management Group to provide technical execution and live production support for their 3rd annual Oscars Party Show. The 2-hour program took place at the Wallis Annenberg Center in Los Angeles, CA and streamed live to Twitter and the Vanity Fair website. Vanity Fair correspondents interviewed celebrity guests as they arrived at the Vanity Fair Oscars Party.
The program was shot with 6 cameras, including 3 cameras on the Vanity Fair red carpet, 1 remote camera outside the Wallis Annenberg Center, 1 remote camera inside the Wallis Annenberg Center, and 1 drone. BMG provided engineering support, production staffing, and all technical infrastructure for the project, including use of our own Tricaster TC1 flight pack, Behringer audio flight pack, and FreeSpeak comms system.
