2019 was our busiest year yet at Broadcast Management Group. Each of our 6 divisions saw considerable growth and we were fortunate to work with talented and passionate clients. We’re recapping 2019 with a review of some of the opportunities that came our way:

Jumanji: The Next Level

Our live production team was contracted by IMDb to provide production services and technical management for the red-carpet premiere of “Jumanji: The Next Level”. The 90-minute program streamed live to Twitch, Twitter, IMDb.com and Facebook. The project was IMDb’s first ever red-carpet premiere.

The Aeronauts

LA-based experiential agency, Fly Helo, contracted our event management division to provide support for a multi-day event in Pasadena, CA to promote the release of the new Amazon film, “The Aeronauts.” Our events team provided technical labor, power, lighting, tenting, FOH audio and overall event logistics to support the 3-day event.

Hilton Integration

Hilton Hotels contracted our broadcast consulting team to assess the feasibility of constructing a production facility at their global headquarters in Herndon, VA. The consulting arrangement consisted of interviewing key stakeholders at the organization to discuss the studio, then developing a needs assessment and high-level technical structure for the facility. Hilton ultimately decided to move forward with the build-out of the production facility, which was designed, engineered and installed by our system integration division.

Roberts Communication

Our system integration team managed multiple projects in 2019, including an ongoing engagement for Roberts Communications Network in Henderson, NV. Our integration team is assisting RCN as they move into a new 45,000 square foot facility, which includes a 22-dish satellite farm, 8 master control rooms and an equipment room with 96 racks of equipment.

Production Staffing

Our production staffing team stayed busy by continuing to provide outsourced production staffing services for an OTT network in Chicago, IL. In addition, our staffing team managed projects for Edelman, Hilton Hotels, Real Vision, RFRSH Entertainment and Amazon.

Thank you to all our clients for the opportunities and for your trust, thank you to our vendors and contractors for your hard work and hustle, and thank YOU for recapping 2019. We look forward to continuing to build on our momentum in 2020.
