Broadcast Management Group was contracted in December 2005 by ESPN, shortly after the launch of their then new show, ESPN Hollywood. The 30-minute daily series centered on the convergence between sports and the entertainment worlds. “ESPN Hollywood” was shot in Los Angeles, CA on the Tribune studio lot and was hosted by Mario Lopez and Thea Andrews. The show featured news of sports stars who were appearing in upcoming movies, television shows or commercials as well as interviews with athletes and entertainers. BMG was brought in to provide broadcast consulting services, helping to evaluate some of the operational challenges with producing the series.
