Michael first found his passion for live television from taking TV production classes at his high school. There he worked on all the live sports productions which gave him a passion to take his skills to the next level.
Michael graduated from Columbia College Chicago with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Television Production. His passion for the broadcast engineering field began at the start of college when he became a student work-aid in the TV engineering office. In college, Michael has worked in the live production industry working alongside 53-foot mobile units at the United Center for the Chicago Bulls and Blackhawks games. Michael also applied his engineering skills working as an engineer-in-charge at his prior high school TV network and a local governmental PEG station where he re-designed and integrated their facilities to a modern and educational facility. Michael today works in Chicago at the TD Ameritrade Network as a junior engineer. In his free time, Michael likes to explore Chicago, holds a technician class amateur HAM radio license (KD9JSK) and likes to stay up to date on the industry technology changes.
