Jackie has a degree in communications and television production from William Paterson University. It was there that she began her career in production as she interned at CNBC during her senior year of college.
She spent seven years at CNBC, where she wrote and produced both breaking news and feature segments. Some of the most historical events she covered include U.S. Presidential Elections (2012, 2016), as well as live coverage of Hurricane Sandy. After CNBC she began working as senior producer for Cheddar TV where she produced two daily 1-hour shows, live from the New York Stock Exchange. During her time there she managed a team of producers, writers, editors, and anchors to deliver breaking stock market and political news. After this, Jackie briefly moved over to the PR industry where she managed media relations for wealth managers and financial advisors around the world. Shortly thereafter Jackie returned to her roots in television production with BMG, as a Line Producer, in March 2019.
